The Whole 2020 and now 2021 has been spoiled for all the businesses due to Covid19 pandemic. The Catering business faced a heavy impact on their industry for surviving in Delhi, India. Due to pandemic situations and government lockdown orders catering businesses are shuttering down, wedding caterings, catering parties, corporate food events even the small catering gatherings are continues to cancel. Many Hospitality professionals quiet their businesses due to heavy losses, rent wages, employees’ salaries and excessive loss in business due to Covid19.

Catering Workforce has taken hardest hit during this pandemic in Hospitality Industry. Many of them lost their jobs, daily wages workers faced such a tough time, many workers went back to their native homes. The struggle is not yet over, future implementation on catering services, number of gatherings, safety precautions, and hygiene restrictions with start implementing and revolves around the industry.

Since past 2 years countries like India, China and Europe has experienced an unpredictable cancellations and significant decrease in catering industry. The last normal catering event was cater by catering companies was in 2019. If talk about January and February 2020, the caterings were slower and when in March 2020 our business days for organising more n more catering services getting Picked up back ,the Covid19 Pandemic get started and government announced the lockdown in whole country and then catering events , catering for wedding that were booked started getting cancelled. Even though clients started asking for refunds and at the same point our Big Catering team including cook, waiters, and crockery team everyone started asking for payments.

Our Catering Business has been decreased by 90% but all the expenses and wages are same. Rents, Employees salaries, Indoor & outdoor catering places are still asking for payments & bills. We have done only 5 to 10% Sales since March 2020.

Due to this Unpredictable situation not only, The Catering Industry Owner facing the drastic effects but also the huge team, the employees including managers, waiters, cooks, bartenders, crockery team, cleaning team, decoration people everyone is waiting for getting relief. Some are sitting unemployed, some are waiting to come back from their home to earn and feed food to their families.

Hospitality and Catering Industry is totally understands the health and safety of our clients and staff but from our business prospective it’s not Justifiable. Our catering business really need some kind of financial relief.

We are aware about our future safety implementations and providing safety and healthy environment in our caterings will going to be our first priority as we care for our clients and employees heath.

As Now Covid19 vaccines are on Horizon, So the Surviving Catering Industry are hoping for some Relief. And looking forward to provide catering services for Wedding functions again in Delhi NCR.
